Thank you for your interest! Whether you are a Social Worker or a youth in care, we hope the information on this page will help you navigate the application process. Placements are subject to availability.

Please send, or have your Social Worker send, your information and an inquiry to determine eligibility for placement to Tammy Nelson, Program Director.

Application Process:

  1. Application Review: Submit all required information for review.

  2. Phone Interview: If you/client were determined to be a good fit, a staff member will call for an over-the-phone interview.

  3. In-Person Interview & Tour: If again determined to be a fit, a follow-up, in-person interview will then be arranged for the youth and their social worker. The interview will include for a tour of the home and an in-depth interview. 

Those involved in making the final decision would include the youth, their/your social worker, and Oak Grove Sanctuary Staff.
